JDiskReport 1.3 is a utility that analyses hard disk drives and collects several space statistics.
JDiskReport provides information to understand how much space the files and directories consume on your hard disk drives, and it helps to find obsolete files and folders.
JDiskReport is a free easy to use tool; with a couple of clicks you can retrieve all the space information of your files and directories on your hard disk drives. JDiskReport can analyze an entire hard disk drive or just a selected tree in a directory. This tool provides different ways to show the space information.
The File Size report shows the space distribution on the hard disk drive or a tree showing the directories/files and they percentage of space used in the hard drive or tree; optionally you can modified the view of the chart.
The Top 50 Report shows the 50 largest files in the tree or the hard disk drive and you can select by the largest, the oldest or the newest files to show. The Distribution of Sizes report shows percentage of files grouped by size range that you have in your tree or hard drive, and of course you can change the type of chart to view. The Distribution of modification dates report shows the percentage of files grouped by their modification dates. And the Distribution of File Type report shows the percentage of files grouped by types of files.
The installation process is very simple and easy to perform. The documentation on the program includes its help file and tip of the day.
JDsikReport requires Java 5 or later, Java 6 is recommended. JDiskReport works on Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Solaris, Linux and Mac OS X platforms.
Advantages

It's OK. There was an old program that was similar written by some German guy that I liked better (worked on Windows9x). I don't like Java in general very much, and avoid it whenever possible.
